PDC-StaffPlan includes an advanced work load calculation facility, which makes it easy to calculate manning demand e.g. from flight tables.
The manning requirement can be related to arrivals and departures. The demand is specified to staff skills as well as special requirements for each airline, aircraft type and other parameters in accordance with the client’s individual agreements.
Manning requirements could also originate from other data sources. Not all personnel groups are dependent on the dynamic patterns. Equipped with PDC-StaffPlan, duty changes are made online and all routine operations such as counting and computing working hours, supplements/ extra payments, minimum staff requirements and holiday needs are handled automatically and immediately. The planner asks the system to automatically generate and optimize a plan based on the staff requirements, available staff, holiday plans, duty wishes, etc.
Obviously, this is fast and the consumption of hours, over time, extra work and others are being calculated simultaneously.
Alternatively, you can make the plans manually using the knowledge of the system to check for violations, requirements and other constraints. These facilities are also used during the daily work when making corrections and changes.

PDC-StaffPlan can be integrated with external salary, personnel and budget systems where information can be transferred automatically till and from the PDC-StaffPlan system.
