The manning requirement can be related to arrivals and departures. The demand is specified to staff skills as well as special requirements for each airline, aircraft type and other parameters in accordance with the client’s individual agreements.

Equipped with PDC-StaffPlan, duty changes are made online and all routine operations such as counting and computing working hours, supplements/ extra payments, minimum staff requirements and holiday needs are handled automatically and immediately. The planner asks the system to automatically generate and optimize a plan based on the staff requirements, available staff, holiday plans, duty wishes, etc.
Obviously, this is fast and the consumption of hours, over time, extra work and others are being calculated simultaneously.
Alternatively, you can make the plans manually using the knowledge of the system to check for violations, requirements and other constraints. These facilities are also used during the daily work when making corrections and changes.
Leveling peaks and troughs provide the planner with the ability to service more flights and passengers without increasing the number of staff.
